Who we are

NomadE5 was established on 1st November 2006 through the merger of two of the North's leading providers of affordable housing - Nomad Homes and Enterprise5.

We are one of the region's largest home-grown registered social landlords owning 5,000 homes, with an annual turnover of £17 million.

By combining skills and resources and improving efficiencies to make significant savings, we plan to invest more than £100 million in improving and building new homes over the next three to four years.

We tailor what we do to suit the customer so in addition to providing general housing management we also provide direct support services to customers with mental health problems as well as working in partnership with more than 40 specialist agencies to provide homes for people with learning difficulties, dementia, ex-offenders and other associated problems.

Underpinning everything that we do at NomadE5 is our Customer First ethos. This is about valuing and respecting our residents and our staff and in so doing helping us to drive continuous improvement.
